How do I ensure my account doesn't run out of credit?
Set up balance alerts and we'll email you when you have 25%, 10% and 5% of your lookups left, so you can buy more if you need to. Or, set up automatic top-ups so you'll never have to worry about running out. You can always see your credit balance at any time by logging in to your dashboard and checking your 'Remaining Balance'.
How can I pay?
Log in to your account and select ‘Top up’. You can pay by debit/credit card. If you’re a larger company or will be using a high volume of look-ups, you can pay on account. Contact our sales team to talk about creating a bespoke payment plan: 0345 6000 098.
